  • Managed the whole F&B department together with my Supervisor by being the one in-charge of foreseeing the area and making sure that other employees are doing their job right.
  • Maintained updated shelf tags, complete signages, and proper product displays by regularly checking shelves, replacing incorrect or missing labels, and arranging products according to store merchandising standards.
  • Ensured hygiene and cleanliness in poultry, meat, vegetable, and fruit sections by monitoring sanitation practices, maintaining clean work areas, and encouraging promodisers to follow proper cleanliness and food safety standards.
  • Processed RTV (Return to Vendor) for damaged, near-expiry, expired, and pull-out items by identifying affected products, separating them from sellable stocks, preparing records, and ensuring proper disposal of bad order items.
  • Conducted inventory checks and stock monitoring by counting items, updating records, and reporting shortages or excess stocks to support accurate inventory management and smooth daily operations.
